1. Definitions

- User: Any person accessing the platform
- Seller: Vendor listing products
- Customer: User purchasing products
2. User Eligibility
- Users must have legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction under Indian law
- Minors may use the platform under supervision of a parent or guardian
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Unauthorized activity must be reported immediately
- Accounts with false information may be suspended
4. Marketplace Role
SellerStreet operates as a facilitator connecting buyers and independent sellers. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell products. Product quality, fulfillment, and compliance are the responsibility of sellers.
5. Product Listings & Pricing
- Sellers are responsible for accurate listings
- We may remove or modify listings violating policies
- Prices may change without prior notice
6. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase
- Payments must be made via approved methods
- Orders may be canceled due to fraud, payment failure, or operational issues
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates
- We are not liable for courier delays or external disruptions
8. Cancellation, Return & Refund
These are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Return Policy. Users are advised to review them before purchase.
9. User Conduct
- No illegal or fraudulent activity
- No misleading or harmful content
- No interference with platform security
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by SellerStreet or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
SellerStreet is not liable for product defects, seller actions, indirect damages, or misuse of the platform. Liability is limited to the order value.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify SellerStreet against claims arising from misuse, violations, or third-party rights infringement.
13. Force Majeure
SellerStreet shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or logistics disruptions.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
