At SellerStreet, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return instead.

Cancellation by SellerStreet / Seller

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraud detection or suspicious activity
  • Logistics or delivery issues

If canceled by us, you’ll receive a full refund.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Cases

  • Order canceled within allowed time
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong product received
  • Approved return request

Non-Returnable / Non-Eligible Cases

  • Opened or used FMCG products (food, personal care, hygiene)
  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Missing packaging, tags, or invoice
  • Customized or perishable products (unless defective)

3. Proof Requirement

Customers may be required to provide unboxing video and/or clear images as proof for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund starts after product is received and inspected
  • Processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, bank or UPI details will be required

5. Refund Timeline

  • Initiation: 3–5 business days after approval
  • UPI / Wallets: 2–4 days
  • Cards: 5–7 days
  • Bank Transfer: 5–7 days

Timelines may vary depending on payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing components after inspection.

7. Refund Rejection

SellerStreet reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Exception: wrong, damaged, or seller-canceled orders

9. Return Shipping

  • Seller pays if error is on their side
  • Customer may pay otherwise

10. Dispute Resolution

SellerStreet acts as a mediator between buyers and sellers. Final decisions are made after proper investigation and review of evidence.
