Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from start to finish, without cuts or edits, showing the package seal and product condition.

C. Claim Submission
The unboxing video must be shared with our support team via email along with order details.

D. Damage Verification
Our team will review the submitted proof to verify and validate the claim.

F. Full Video Clarity
The video must clearly show:

  • Package condition before opening
  • Complete opening process
  • Visible damage to the product

Incomplete, edited, or unclear videos may lead to rejection.

H. Time Limit
The unboxing video and return request must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

I. Inspection Approval
Once verified and approved, the return process will be initiated.

J. No Other Return Reasons
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dislike, or minor variations.

K. Replacement / Refund
